Uashassihtsh, which means small bay, opened its doors in 2012. This summertime meeting place boasts a spectacular setting on the shores of Pekuakami (Lac Saint-Jean). Every year, it hosts events such as the Grand rassemblement des Premières Nations, a large First Nations gathering held in July, perpetuating the tradition of summer assemblies.
