The Borealie and the cold regions

What the borealie and the cold regions mean ?

The Boréalie and the cold regions encompass the land where the average temperature of the coldest month is lower than -3 degrees Celsius. It corresponds to the Northern and Southern parts of the globe and the mountainous regions.

The evolution of the zoo sauvage towards the borealie

In 1995, the Zoo sauvage parted with its collection of exotic animals in order to devote itself to Northern North-American wildlife. Since then, the Zoo sauvage has continued its evolution and is now fully devoted to the Borealie, therefore specializing in the cold regions of the globe.

The Zoo Sauvage now welcomes in its collection exotic Northern species such as the Japanese Macaque, the Amur Tiger and the Bactrian Camel.
