To protect the well-being and safety of all animals, visitors and staff, the Zoo sauvage de Saint‑Félicien requests that visitors follow these rules.
DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS, except where otherwise indicated. The veterinarian ensures that animals maintain a balanced diet tailored to their needs.
DO NOT TOUCH THE ANIMALS, except where otherwise indicated. Zoo animals are wild and we wish to minimize any risk of injury to humans and the disruption of animals.
Out of courtesy for visitors, A SHIRT MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, except where otherwise indicated.
For the safety of visitors and animals, ONLY SERVICE DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE SITE, except on the Kids’ Farm, in the Animal nursery and in the Aviaries.
For the safety of visitors and animals, NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE SITE.
Out of courtesy for visitors and pursuant to the Quebec Tobacco Act, SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN ON THE SITE AND WITHIN 9 METRES OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE, except where indicated on the map in a section of Mongolia.

- under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- aggressive, violent or disrespectful with staff or other visitors
- a danger to themselves or others because they refuse to follow Zoo rules or staff direction.
